Inside a Skincare Routine
A skincare routine is not a shelf full of fashionable products. It is a small daily foundation, a weekly mini-facial performed at home, and thoughtful adjustment as the skin changes.
Morning and evening
The daily foundation prepares or cleanses the skin when needed, supports comfort and the skin barrier, and protects exposed skin during daylight.
Morning and evening are related but not identical. A product belongs because it has a job, not because every routine must reach the same number of steps.

Weekly at-home mini-facial
Once a week at home, the routine expands into a deliberate mini-facial: cleanse, assess, scrub or renew the surface, reassess, apply a suitable masque, and finish.
The weekly structure is universal within the Ladore regimen, but its products and intensity are not. When the skin is irritated, the appointment becomes a recovery ritual and active exfoliation is deferred.

Products have jobs
Cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen, scrub, and masque describe recognizable functions. Toner, essence, serum, ampoule, lotion, cream, balm, oil, and mist describe formats that may perform overlapping jobs.
A longer routine is not necessarily a more complete routine. Every product should be able to explain why it belongs and what would be missing without it.
